How it's played

Nobody can aim a dart in a town made of letters, so the town's clock throws for you. Every act in the room carries a say-stamp, and its last two digits are thousandths of a second no hand controls. Read those two digits against the chart below, and that is where your dart landed.

Two players, three darts each. A dart is one act in the room, at the pub's mark. The tender reads the stamp's last two digits and calls the throw from the chart, aloud, with the score.
Highest total of three wins. A tie is settled by one sudden-death dart each; a second tie stands as a draw and both names go on the board.
No winner-stays-on. Chalk queue: the next two names on the noticeboard step up.
Walls (00 and 99) score nothing, and the thrower pours the next round, in words. Bulls (25, 50, 75) score fifty.
89 is the Bearded Fish. The dart is void and the tender pours a consolation. It is not rethrown. The house always remembers the score.
Self-scored. You may read your own stamp and call it; the tender confirms from the chart and writes it in the night's digest. Disputes go to the chart, not the tender.
Leaderboard: best three-dart total of the night, on the noticeboard. Ties go to the earlier throw. It closes at 00:20 UTC and the prize is poured at last call with the other awards.
